I Want My Pencil Back

Lancôme has either replaced, in the case of Teint Idol, or discontinued nearly every product I’ve used for 20+ years. I have blue eyes and my skin is on the fair side, so black eyeliner is too harsh. I have use the grey Le Crayon Kohl Eyeliner pencil that I would soften up with a liner brush for two decades. I tried this liner but the look is too rigid - you can’t soften the edges. I don’t have the pigment issues some other mention but that begs the question about quality control. Why is it so inconsistent? Anyway, I miss my pencil and wish they would bring it back, along with the color design lipstick, and my eyeshadow shades. I hate these changes.
