Transfers-not for hooded eyes

Usually waterproof liquid eyeliners dry and you don’t have to worry about it transferring to your eyelid above your crease, but not this one. I was cleaning up my eyelids all day, horrified each time I caught my reflection to see yet more dark black smudges. The line itself oddly remained clean and dark, so it gets two stars just for that. Will not buy again, do not recommend.
