Amazing staying power.
This stuff stayed on all day and don’t budge to my lower waterline. I been looking for a hood eyeliner liek this! I also love the shade range!

Noticable color
This my second time using a navy blue color eyeliner. When I bought the first one from another company it looked black. After trying this one I can see the difference it’s dark but more blue and it goes well with my brown eyes.
