TERRIBLE New Design

I used to love this curler, but it's terrible since they updated it. This is my third time purchasing this curler because it would break after ~2 years, but was worth repurchasing because it worked so well. The material on the handle is now a very hard smooth plastic, so it hurts your fingers when using and there's no grip, so I find my fingers slipping (the previous material was a soft matte material). They've also updated the plastic curling pad to a harder plastic, so I don't find it curls anywhere near what it used to. I will not be repurchasing and will be looking for a better curler in the meantime. Very disappointed as I used this daily and would swear by it.
