It’s ok but I found it smudged and faded much faster than other eyeliners I’ve used

this is the best affordable eyeliner. it’s pigmented, precise and doesn’t look patchy, 10/10 would recommend. you can do small detail work with it and it’s leaves your wing looking sharp.
