All that and more!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Tarte eyeshadows for the fact that they don’t make my eyes water! But there also perfectly pigmented and don’t leave a lot of fallout. The colors are perfect for brown eyes, and it’s one of the few palettes with all matte colors! Perfect for these 51-year old eyes of mine!
