Holy grail

This product is amazing. I have dry frizzy dehydrated hair, prone to breakage and you would think proteins would be a best friend but I really have to use them sparingly. On the other hand this product works wonders on my hair, I love to mix it with the premier oil, another big favourite of mine, and they just work wonders at soften and hydrating my poor ends.

Good product. packaging is disapointing.

I am very disappointed in the packaging of this product. While I like this product and the entire line, the packaging of this product is a major let down. The viscosity/thickness of the product causes it to stick to the inside walls of the tube. Even after sitting inverted for days, there was no gravitational effect. I also tried heating it up to see if this would help. There is about 10-15% of product that is left inside after the pumps stopped working and it requires lots of shaking, banging and reaching inside with a long thin object to try and get access to it. After trying everything I can think of, I can still see product sticking to the the walls inside the container, which is extremely frustrating. At this price point, I feel this is unacceptable. Please improve the packaging so customers can use the full amount of product inside the container.
