Hydrating but that’s it

3 stars because I have seen an improvement in hydration under my eyes. But no change with anything else.

Can be irritating to eye area

This is nice and thick and seems quite moisturizing at first, but over time it really irritated my eyes. It made my eyes water and the eye area itch. I’ve used it in the past and never had an issue, so perhaps the formula changed. Looking at the ingredients, they are not good at all. I wish I would have looked sooner. I definitely prefer cleaner formulas these days, as they just feel better on my skin.
