Leaves hair more oily than before I washed my hair

I really wanted to like this but after using it for a couple months I can safely say I’ll be throwing the rest out. I have fine hair that usually gets oily by day 2 or 3 after washing, but with this shampoo it was oily the minute it was fully dry. I tried everything, using more shampoo, less shampoo and same thing with conditioner. I even tried washing my hair daily to see if it would help. The shampoo is so watered down that you need to use more than you’d think to even get a lather. I expected way way better quality for this price and especially since it says it’s supposed to be for oily hair. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted the money or the time.
