Does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try these because so many people said they were a hidden gem. They smell great, but they really do not work. Even with repeated application, I'm still stinky. Last night 2 hours after taking a shower and applying this deodorant my husband said I was already stinky. If you have had any sort of issues with deodorant before, I cannot recommend buying this product.

smells good but leaves white streaks

bergamot & hinoki smells SO good and the scent lasts longer than other aluminum-free deodorants that i've tried. however, i live in warm, humid weather year-round, and when i sweat, this deodorant leaves defined white STREAKS down my arms where my beads of sweat travel... as well as white marks on anything else my pits touch (like my black backpack straps). my friend noticed i had white marks all on the side of my brown shirt where my sweat had somehow dripped from my armpits, and it could have been embarrassing if i wasn't close to this friend lol. it makes me realize how much i sweat (maybe i sweat a lot? i have oily skin). so i only use this deodorant when i'm wearing white or heather grey, that way the white marks won't be obvious. i'm curious about the clear gel version for sensitive skin. if it has the same scent strength and longevity but won't leave white marks, it would be as close as aluminum-free deodorant could probably get to my standards of traditional antiperspirants (i realize that no aluminum-free deodorant can perform the same as antiperspirants). the main reason i'm trying aluminum-free is because of pit stains on white shirts. i've thought about using aluminum-free deodorant only on days i wear white, but i feel like there's residual product after i shower that still manages to stain my white shirts the next day. if you don't sweat or live in colder climates then this product may work better for you.
