Rebuilt my skin barrier

I have been using this for 6 months. It rebuilt my barrier and now I can use tretinoin again. I have eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea and use this at night with other products, but this was the missing piece. I used to use the dewy cream but that wasn't enough moisture.
