It’s matte but not the one which damaged your lips and make it dry but such a pigment color and flattering!! I might choose 2 shades that’s near from each other but still happy with formula!

Outstanding color and coverage
This leaves your lips soft and has outstanding stay power! The colors were not exact as pictured but very close.
