I've only used this as a lip oil so I can't speak for how it performs on the cheeks. I could be wrong but it seems like it would be breakout city. I've swatched this on my hand and even building it up, I don't see enough pigment for it to be effective as a blush. This lip oil is just okay in my opinion. It's slightly more noticeable in terms of pigment as the lipstick and it does have the same "your lips but better" effect. Just like the lipstick, the pigment faded quickly and I didn't find it very hydrating.

I love this product because the color looks amazing, especially when matched with the black honey lipstick. However, it takes a lot more than I would expect to get a nice pigment on top of a full coverage foundation. It is buildable, and looks amazing after I apply enough. it just takes awhile to get there.
