Broke quickly

I really love Kosas, but I literally used it twist and the twister part is broken I can’t even get it up I barely have had this I spent twenty mins twisting it and it won’t even come up.

pretty colors great if I'm trying it on my hand but Doesn't Work on lids even if I warm up doesn't line the eyes feels dry
