Allergic reaction!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Something isn’t right with this serum.. The first time I applied it, it caused tremendous itching and dryness in my eyes even though I haven’t applied it anywhere around eye area. My eyes were BURNING and bright red, it took several rinses and washing my whole face thoroughly to calm that down. Then I decided to use this serum as hand moisturizer.. didn’t make me wait long, my skin started to itch BAD with little bumps.
