I already had long hair my whole life. But then I hit my 30’s and had so much more stress in my life, my hair started thinning so much. Which caused more stress. I will use this product for the rest of my life. I used it for around 6 months before my wedding and my hair looked and felt amazing for that weekend (shown in pic, no extensions).
