Nice product but pump leaks

I like the feel of the product however there's one major problem with the packaging. The pump system leaks the product in between uses. It's a closed system so you can't open it up to see where the leak is or tighten anything. Considering the cost of the serum it's very disappointing.

I hate that this works so well bc it’s $$$ but literally saw a huge improvement after one application. The sample sizes are very cute & it’s definitely a unique product in that it’s kept fresh for use
