Made my scalp flaky, and lots of hair falling

I gave this scalp scrub 1 star; because my scalp felt really clean and refreshed which was amazing. But, I saw flakiness on my scalp like dandruff, which I didn’t have before! And my scalp felt itchy afterwards! I wanted to love this scrub, but it also made my hair fall out a lot in the shower, which was not the regular shedding I’m used to! And I used this scrub only once, and then I threw it away.
