No aroma

Having once been given this candle as a present, and loved it , I decided to treat myself to another. It had been burning approximately 3 hours and I was still waiting for the perfume to fill my small room. A friend called and said she noticed the candle but thought it was a dupe as she couldn't smell it at all. I feel I have totally been ripped off and wil never buy again

As a loyal Jo Malone customer, I love their candles, colognes and diffusers. I used to shop in Myer directly in store and never experience a surprise with purchase until I have received my candle via online shopping. It was completely pulled away (that's how they describe) and it separated from it's jar with lots of air bubbles. I still give 5 star review for customer service that they arranged a replacement immediately and it's unique fragrance.
