Does it lather?

I used my points to sample out this cleanser and the moisture cream. I have been using the Kale + Green Tea cleanser for some years now. I wanted to see what worked best on my skin now with some changes over the years. I noticed this doesn’t lather up like the Kale one. I know it’s thick but like for the price, give me something. The moisture cream is smototh and does the job but not for long in my option. I think it’s safe to say I’ll stick to my first method.
