Formula has changed

I have sworn by this cleanser for years but the most recent bottle I’ve opened has been making my eyes sting and the skin around them has become inflamed. Why would the ordinary change such an amazing product. I’m heart broken

Just under okay

Normally a big fan of the ordinary, but this cleanser was…..just under okay. I don’t think it does much more than if I had just washed my face with water alone. It doesn’t wash off my sunscreen, has a not great (tolerable) smell, and leaves my skin feeling around the same.
