Almost perfect concealer brush

Works great with concealer and touch ups with foundation, but I was surprised at how scratchy this brush is. And the eye area is no place for scratchiness! Have used numerous other concealer brushes that do not have this problem.

The mangu ones are better this one was streaky on my under eyes
