My take on the e.l.f. Halo Glow Highlight Beauty Wand in Champagne is a stunning liquid highlighter for the price. The shade produces a warm champagne gold sheen which looks beautiful on light to medium skin tones like mine. The sponge tip applicator makes application quick and easy plus you can blend it with your fingers or a brush. The formula is non greasy too. Overall, the product offers an excellent duplicate of high end stick highlighters for a price under 10 dollars.
