Didn’t really last on the eyes but does have a creamy and easy to use formula

Worst eyeliner pencil I’ve ever tried

I thought I’d give this a chance after seeing it on socials. This pencil does NOT work on the waterline, at ALL. It simply breaks and doesn’t actually leave any product at all. Almost as though it’s out of date. It’s brittle and leaves very very little pigment.
