Love the stick, not the color

Love the product, hate the lid and sharpener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color, creaminess, staying power of the pencil are all excellent. I’m downgrading to 3 stars because the lid (true on 2 separate purchases) is too loose and comes off in my bag making a mess. I also purchased a sharpener and it becomes a goopy, impossible to clean mess after one sharpening. It’s nearly impossible to clean and so with excess lip liner I have to wrap it in plastic wrap to travel to keep it from getting on everything else which it still manages to do. Messy is annoying but the product itself is great which is why even with the issues I continue to use it up and buy another
