The perfect pigment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the design of this brow pencil but more importantly, it actually works very well as a precision brow pencil. The pigment goes on smoothly and the color I chose doesn’t have too orangey or warm undertones which is what I often come across with other brand pigments.
