Dries up too quickly considering the expense

Loved it far a week then it dries up & difficult to apply. One eye goes on smoothly then dries by the second eye. Try shaking it but still very little.

Amazing

Ive been using this eyeliner for 5 years now, It's pricey buying it in-store, but It's super easy to apply, makes clean lines, dries fast, and stays on all day!! I haven't used anything else since I tried it, its this of nothing.
