it's super dry, sand like texture, just used it once, and it was so hard on my skin that it literally hurt my right away

Bad batch? Expired??

This is awful. There is no way it is supposed to be so dried out. You can see in the pics, it is crumbling right off my hand. Is this a bad batch?? I’d love it in a useable formula because the color is perfect.
