As the internet says, “it’s mid.”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m honestly unimpressed by the eyeliner. For it to carry Urban Decays name as well as being called “24/7,” it’s honestly lacking. The color ultimately ended up looking gray. Yeah it didn’t tug but being a gel pencil, that’s average behavior. I could build it up, but do I want to? I made time stamps on the photo because I really wanted this to work for the waterline especially since it’s in the name. I applied it to the top waterline only & 50 minutes later it was on the bottom. I’m sure there is due hard Urban Decay fans who will argue otherwise, but for average effectiveness save your buck. There’s nothing that stood out for this pencil other than the fact that it was sent to me.

Nice Eyeliner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This waterline eyeliner pencil is nice and glides on well on the waterline. But, after a couple hours, most of the color is gone so it didn’t quite work on my eyes in terms of longevity.
