Have been using this for years and I’ve never had a problem. Bought it last week and it’s completely dry. Can’t even make proper stokes. Waste of money!

My fav brow pen, few changes needed
My fav brow product. The 3 lines make it more natural than other pens on market. Great color match for my dark brown hair. An expanded shade range is needed but more importantly, the tip needs to more consistently dispense the product.
