Nice, but not a holy-grail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for Dior Retishot. I will say, the texture is lovely—smooth, lightweight, and it sinks into the skin beautifully without any greasy residue. The scent is also subtle and pleasant, which made applying it feel like a treat. However, I was previously using tretinoin and paused it to give this product a try. Unfortunately, my skin issues (mainly breakouts and texture concerns) gradually returned, suggesting this just doesn't have the same potency or clinical effectiveness. While it might work well for someone new to retinoids or looking for something gentler, it’s not a substitute if you’re used to prescription-grade results. A nice skincare luxury, but not the game-changer I was hoping for.
