The color payoff is strong with very little product. It dries very fast. If you struggle with eyeliner, this may not be the easiest product to use. You need to work quickly before it sets. The size is good, and the formula is truly waterproof. It starts creamy but sets down fast. This works best for people who are comfortable applying eyeliner with speed and precision.
