all good things must come to an end

i've been a loyal user of this product for 4+ years and about 1 year ago I started having breakouts, almost 1 new painful bump EVERY day and they'd leave a scar every time they ran their course. i changed my diet, my shampoo, my cleanser, trying to figure out what was causing this. eventually i got some samples of another moisturizer and within 3 days of cutting out kiehl's from my routine, i noticed there were no new break outs. ever since, i stopped using it and my moisture barrier has healed and i now remember what its like to have a hydrated, moisturized skin. they must have changed something in the formula or supplier over the past year or so and im sad i didnt realize it sooner. hope this review can save someone else whose wondering why they're suddenly breaking out when nothing has changed in their routine!
