If that is what they are referring to, then i get it! I definitely see a smoothing effect as well, which makes sense as it's a hydrating formula. For me, I love the inclusion of arnica, which my skin reacts well to: quite soothing. Personally I would prefer a fragrance-free formula, so heads up that this does have some essential oils. Finally, I quite appreciate the option for a big tube! For a jumbo size product, that's how to do it! Overall, solid option.
