Disappointed in L'Universelle

I have just received my order of no.1 L'Universelle, and am utterly disappointed. I wanted and expected a pale pink lipstick, as per the description (intense shades) and the photos both of the lipstick itself and the swatches. What I have received is a transparent, faintly pink-tinged lip gloss. I do not wear, nor did I want, lip gloss. Not only that, but the gloss contains some kind of agent that makes my lips tingle, which I assume is a plumping agent. These tingly plumpers don't plump my lips, they just make them tingle and go red. This product description is entirely misleading and I will be returning the product to the retailer for a full refund.

Good product

Great shades, stays on really well. Shiny but not too shiny. Doesn't stain.
