I don't understand the hype???

I don't get the hype for this? I don't maybe I'm using it wrong? It's hard to work with and I don't care for how it makes my lashes look. Very clumpy and under whelming. Lancome makes much better mascaras in my opinion.

This mascara is amazing! It makes my lashes look so good! The only bad thing would be when it smudges which isn’t often its hard to get off
