Disappointed.

I’m disappointed. It’s sticky and absolutely not cool toned. Not blendable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lip liner makes my lips look so plump and luscious! The shade range is incredible and I love using the light pink color for a my lips but better shade. I keep it everyday in my purse. Don’t want to be without it!
