Dump this Plump
Definitely not worth the purchase. Plumps nothing and its dry and flakiness is messy.

Worth it to me
Beautiful honey color. The brush blends out the liner so well. I love the lip brush. It’s a creamy formula that has high pigment, and I would repurchase! My absolute favorite lip liner
