Disappointed

This is the recommended replacement for Future Solutions LX Balancing Enriched Softener, but it's not as rich or hydrating. Just not as good as the beloved product I've used for years. I haven't experienced any brightening; in fact my skin's rosacea has flared after using this.

Great new product to add to my line up

This softener is so nice. The product is a pearly slightly thicker liquid with a very light scent. Super luxurious -- it absorbs into the skin like a treat and leaves my face feeling plump, soft, and hydrated. After a few days of use, I noticed my skin stays more hydrated throughout the day. Quickly became a favorite part of my daily routine.
