Powerful stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience with the Libre line of fragrance, not the type of scent I’d typically go for. If you like vanilla and some serious staying power, this could be for you. One spray and I was getting punched in the face with the scent all day. It was just a bit too sweet and gourmand for me and missing the complexity of the other YSL in my collection (Muse). Received free in exchange for an honest review. For my money, I think you can get something much more interesting at this price. But if strong scent and popularity is important for you, this could be a good option.

It’s warm, bold, and just so classy — the kind of scent that makes you feel instantly confident. The mix of lavender, orange blossom, and that creamy vanilla-amber base is so smooth and addictive. It’s floral but has this depth that keeps it from being too sweet. I get compliments every single time I wear it, and it lasts forever — even on clothes the next day. I’ve tried a lot of perfumes, but nothing makes me feel as put-together and effortlessly elegant as this one does. It’s seriously perfection in a bottle. The bottle is beautiful on my vanity
