Weird wand

The wand is very strange and difficult to use. It would be nice if there was a tutorial on how it's meant to be used as I'm getting a few smudges and clumps.

Disappointing mescara

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed. I use a lot of clarins products and have used and lived their mascara in the past. This one was very disappointing. It’s dry and didn’t look as if I had mascara on at times. I loved the shape of the brush and wand but not the mascara
