Weighed down lashes & panda eyes

I have wanted this mascara for years and kept passing on it. I decided to try it due to the rouge sale. Honestly wish I kept passing on it, it’s not good. I do have oily combo skin, so my lids and under eyes get a bit more oily. I curled my lashes, and applied one layer of the mascara. My lashes did look beautiful and lengthened, however… Within 15 minutes, my lashes fell and looked weight down by the mascara, couldn’t keep the curl. By hour 3, the mascara smudged into my upper lids and lower lash line, giving me panda eyes. I tried this again with proper powdering of my lids and under eyes, keeping everything matte, and the same thing happened. Flaky, smudged, panda eyes, and weighed down lashes that can’t hold a curl. I wish I had kept passing on this mascara, because it did not work for me as intended. I ended up returning this product, very disappointing.

It’s a good everyday mascara for a natural look. I thought it would really lengthen my lashes but it didn’t, only that it coated my lashes which is great if you’re going for a natural look.
