clumpy and frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't been able to wear mascara for many years as it would irritate my eyes, so I was so excited to find a product that I could use. Though Ilia does not irritate, which I am very happy about, the applicator and product always comes out of the container clumpy and thus goes onto my lashes clumpy. it makes me so sad because I need a product that doesn't irritate, but I'll have to look for another one.

Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product doesn’t clump which I love, but it takes all the curl out of my lashes and makes them stick straight out. Unfortunately, won’t be purchasing this product again.
