A fail.

Sooo my drugstore waterproof mascara is “unfortunately” 100x better, this mascara doesn’t even last two hours bc it’s smudges right off I don’t mean normal flakes, honestly really disappointing i had my hopes up.

I used that Too Faced waterproof mascara for just two hours and it didn’t last at all. It smudged everywhere, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it. I’d like a refund.
