perfect for dry skin

the glassy shine this spray gives is NO joke. i look like i just came straight out of the water. its gentle, cool, and feels like a breath of fresh air on the skin, and i find the scent to be nice. however, one star off because this isnt really a spray meant for LOCKING makeup. you may need to put this over a sealing spray like the one/size on til dawn.
