Nice shimmers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That's really beautiful packaging and the texture of a product. It's really shimmering and flattering...but I don't see it as a setting powder. The brand says it's mattifying as well but I don't know how in the world it can be sparkling and matifying. More applications give more sparkles so it's buildable. I quite like the product and its looks but it's quite fragrant - big time flowers.
