Very hydrating although there are more affordable milky toners on the market. It feels good but not for the price. TIR TIR, Rhodes and Bubble have similar results for a much cheaper price point.

Great for moisture/drier skin

FYI- I have dry/dry combo skin I actually really enjoy this toner. I’ve tried a few including the fenty one and this is very good. I use this in the morning before my moisturizer and I truly think that it helps the moisture last longer. In terms of “firmness” like the bottle claims, I don’t necessarily get that from this product. But moisture- yes. I also do not think it would be too heavy for oilier skin, but I don’t know if I’m the best person to judge that. This has a very neutral smell, and the refil pack is very handy. truly think
