Doing the most for face, eyes and neck

I've used almost every one of The Ordinary's retinol treatments to build up to using this one, their strongest - and it was a very easy upgrade! I've never experienced any burning or irritation from any of their products. The formula is soft and gentle enough that I use it around my eyes and all over my neck without any irritation. I've noticed the crepe like look of the skin under my eyes has gone away half way through finishing my first bottle! The bottle lasted me about 3-4 months using about 3 times a week. I have stopped using other serums since using this the Retinal 0.2% Emulsion and see great results by simplifying my regimen to focus on this product. Sometimes I think my sensitive skin gets overloaded when I do morning and evening treatments with other actives. This is now the single active I use on my face, aside from face wash, face cream and SPF. One single pump covers the whole face but you have to apply carefully.. what I do is pump onto my hand, then take my finger to tap the product gently across my whole face, placing dots all over, then gently rub it in. I add a second pump to get my neck using the same method.

I used this product for about two months, starting slow with one use a week and working up to three times a week. It ruined my skin. I haven’t had acne this bad since I was postpartum 13 years ago. I’ve discontinued use but still battle with hyperpigmentation
