Not a fan.

I have been using this eyeliner for at least a year now. It took me this long to realize that it causes smudging beneath my eyes (I only apply it on top). I was blaming it on my sunscreen this whole time then didn't wear my sunscreen for a while and it was still happening. It also runs out super quickly and becomes difficult to apply. I am not a fan. Wish I had realized sooner.

This is not waterproof. If you cry or your eyes water, without even rubbing your eyes, this eyeliner will smudge all over your eye.
