Had the formula changed?

Maybe I got a bad bottle, but it doesn’t seem to lather as well as it did when it was in the old packaging/bottle. I feel like I have to use twice as much product to cleanse my face, and I wear minimal makeup. Not sure if I’ll be repurchasing.
